I was invited to attend the US Potato Culinary Festival Kuala Lumpur 2015 launch at Sheraton Hotel Kuala Lumpur. To be honest, I’m not really fan of potato except McDonalds french fries. When you talking about starch, I prefer the premium grade of potato. 
In conjuction of US Potato Culinary Festival Kuala Lumpur 2015, the media had opportunity to try out variety dish that made from potato. Not to mention most of them are good. Well, some of them don’t really suit my taste buds.

This is the one that I like most. Well, at first everyone seems skeptical to try this lovely dessert but after everyone had their first scoop, there’s no turning back.
The main highlight dish for me. Well, I only saw the word of Smoked Wagyu Beef but not the US Potato Confit.
When there have the one I like most, of course there will have the one big no for me. This is the one that totally not suit my taste buds. Quite blend and dry.
If you love some snacks, this dish is must-eat. Weird? Sometimes, you have to get out from your comfort zone and try something different.
What else would you expect from Mont Blanc Pudding by Burger Factory? It’s just nice. I love the combination of sweet and fluffy pudding that have potato tasted.
