When it comes to the food, I prefer to start my meal with the dessert or at least bread =) They have good mixture dessert from local Malay traditional food and western. In the GTower, the dessert is totally mix from assortment of traditional Malay sweets to cake and pudding. The 1st thing that catch my attention is their tiramisu and cream puff. Unfortunately the Tiramisu is not WOW kinda thing but the cream puff is satisfied my tummy. Oh ya, do not forget to try their sago gula Malacca. I did not manage to try it out but it is look tempting πŸ™‚
Bread and salad corner. Even though it is just a bread, if you were in GTower, you should try their bread πŸ˜‰
This is where you can mix and match the “Malay kampung style” of sauce. From sweet to sour. They do also have β€œUlams” (raw salads) for those who not-so-on-diet!
Basically, most of the food are Malay Kampung style. What you can get from Malay food menu, that is what you can get on the table. For those who cant take spicy, do not worry because the chef expected non-malay customer to dine there and they prepare the food that suitable everyone taste.
So, when talk about GTower buffet menu, they do have Satay, Beef curry creamy coconut milk, Fried Chicken in Lengkuas (my favourite), Rice vermicelli (bee hoon) fared better, Seput sedut, Sweet and Spicy huge size of prawns, grilled fish, mutton, Portugese Marinated Baramundi, etc
This is what I had as my breakfasting. It is not because the food is not nice but I am on diet πŸ˜‰
Okay… going back to dessert πŸ˜‰
Last but not least… Group shot!
Thanks to Rebecca and GTower for the invitation. Thanks to Suresh too who drive me there πŸ˜‰
