I like to cook but for past few month until now I only cook for myself and someone that really important for my life XD (to avoid complain about my food XD)
I hope can cook for her…
1: 1 teaspoon sugar & 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2: Tiger prawns, fresh and unfrozen
3: 1/2 teaspoon salt
4: From left… 3 tablespoons butter, 5 sprigs of curry leaves, 3 cloves garlic (chopped), 6 bird’s eye chilies (chopped)
5: 1 cup oil, for poaching prawns
1: Leave the prawn heads and shells on but chop off the eyes part. Slit down the back to remove the veins. Pat dry. Heat oil and deep fry the prawns.
2:Drain and set aside.
3: Melt the butter, add bird’s eye chilies, curry leaves, garlic, salt and fry for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
4: Add prawns, sugar, soy sauce, and grated coconut. Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
