Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside has been always my 1st choice when it comes to buffet Ramadan. This year, I had the opportunity to be part of their Ramadan Magical Nights. What else you ask for other than beautiful hotel, cozy environment and delicious food? For me, Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside is a must come place every year to satisfy my buffet Ramadan thirst.
With over 100 Malaysian and International dishes plus 7 forms of live entertainment every Ramadan evening, you would be delighted with this new and innovative way in which to celebrate the upcoming Ramadan. Compared to other places offering a Ramadan feast as well, this year, Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside has prepared a different mood and ambiance; mimicking the traditional “rumah terbuka”.
Have you ever wondered what’s the feel of having your meal while looking at the view of Kuala Lumpur? Not to mention the sunset too? Yesterday, I was having my Iftar with my fiancé at Megaview Menara KL (KL Tower Megaview).
This is the tips. If you add on RM20, you can go to skybox & skydeck. I went there before and trust me. It’s really cool! My experience :http://bit.ly/1r6fnZ4
The Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM99++ for adult and RM59++ for child. From 11 June to 3 July 2016, starting from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm at Mega View Banquet Hall, KL Tower. Enjoy the early bird special with FREE entrance ticket to Sky Deck when you purchase the buffet before 27 May 2016. Free for child from 1 to 3 years old and free entrance to KL Tower Observation Deck.
You can also enjoy ‘Kampung’ cuisines and many other mouth-watering delicacies carefully crafted by Chef Ismail, and don’t miss the opportunity to meet him every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday to complete your “Buka Puasa” experiences at KL Tower!
For those who have been to Bangkok before there’s only two things that you will miss most. Food and shopping. Personally, I prefer how does Bangok bring out their culture into the food. Fret not, you can get original Thailand cuisine here in Mr. Tuk Tuk. With the new outlet they launched last Friday, Mr. Tuk Tuk Sunway Pyramid is their second outlet after Setia City Mall. Personally, I would rate this Malaysia Thai Street Food 8/10.
In conjunction to Mr. Tuk Tuk’s grand opening at Subway Pyramid, you can now redeem ONE scoop of ice cream at only RM1 with any order of rice, noodle and set meal!
*Promo ends on 30th June 2016.
*Only available at this new Sunway Pyramid outlet.
During IOI City Mall Putrajaya first open their door to the public, I came to witness their opening ceremony as media and I’m so impressed with the amount of food outlet they do have. Since my studio is just located a stone throw away, IOI City Mall Putrajaya is always being my first place came into my mind whenever I need a break such as watching movie and shopping.
If you happen to be in IOI City Mall Putrajaya, I strongly advise you to give 57 Hotpot & Asian Cuisine Restaurant a try. Basically, it is all about steamboat and Asian cuisine. Located on the second floor at IOI City Mall, the restaurant had a really nice decoration, unique ‘peacock’ design and theme.
I was invited by my neighbor, Ibis Hotel KL Cheras Ramadan Buffet to try out their new buffet Ramadan. Personally, I love the environment whereby you can choose to dine either open air or air conditioning. My colleague and I kind of impress with what they serve. To be honest, they do not have big space for the customer to dine yet they’re still cozy and I do enjoy every moment I had.
The Ramadan Buffet with BBQ by The Streats Cafe serves up a delectable buffet spread of traditional Malaysian delicacies from 7 June to 3 July. Don’t miss out the Early Bird offer at RM49+ per person!
Nilai reminds me about my University life. I used to study in Nilai University and live in Nilai for almost 3 years. Well, live in Nilai I would say much less stress due to their environment. Everything is green, but there’s still have hypermarket such as Giant, etc.
I was invited by Rymba Haven to try their Iftar Ramadan. To be honest, I’m so excited to see what they have and I’m glad I could drop by Nilai once again.
Overall, I would rate 7/10 for the venue. I quite like their concept and of course their “jungle” feel. 8/10 for the services and 6/10 for the food. I believe they could do much better than what I had yesterday. Maybe it was their first day of the event and I really hope I would have the opportunity to drop by again in future.
Kajang is well known for their Satay. What if, I tell you there have something worth to dine other than Satay? But if you really crave for Kajang Satay, they do sell too. So, where to dine in Kajang? I would recommend Restoran Kantan Hotplate.
Recently we were invited by an old school singer, Amir Pearl. He invited us to try his new restaurant known as Kantan Hotplate. Well, he just runs this restaurant for 23 days. They served West Asia cuisine. A combination of Western and Cuisine.
Personally, I give 5/10 for their Asian food and 7/10 for their Western food.
It’s a new bidding site which is totally innovative and reliable auction website offering new products at bargain prices. Thanks to Chika Pow Wow because they provide an alternative shopping experience to users. Since a lot of people prefer to stay in front of computer and a lot of people want cheap stuff, this is your chance! Customer can get a lot of awesome products at unbelievable price.
Chances to win?
This is one of the main concerns that usually people think of it. Guess what? Chika Pow Wow would love to give other people opportunity to win and it gonna be a fair playing ground on this site because they will actually limit amount of bids for big tech items (e.g., 100 bids total for a particular item). Not only that, to make it fun enough, they will be having avatars and some hot items. Each of you will have an opportunity to receive a mystery gift. In a simple terms are. “You win one, you get the other one free”.
The prices are great! It’s really super cheap and all are hottest stuff from tech gadgets, hotel stays, travel deals and many other interesting goodies up for grabs!
Another features of this bidding buying site are, they offer a products that are not available in Malaysia such as Monster headphones from USA (there will be 4 units available)

Last few days, I had my lunch at Seapark, Hoe Fong Chicken Rice! Thanks to Jon who introduce to me ^^ I believe that there’s have a lot of good stall such as Soo Kee Ipoh Hor Fun and other nice chicken rice stall around Seapark. Each of it have their own specialty, etc… (hint for next makan2 place XD)
I not really know how long the stall was be here… It’s looks like for quite some time ago. The best part of their chicken is… Looks on the picture! Some of the stall they add a flour coating but this stall don’t have additional flour coating.
The aunty busy fried the chicken! Love their chicken *drooling*
Jon told me the best way to enjoy your chicken is add a dark soya sauce on the top of chicken.
Like normal chicken rice, they will serve you with a rice but this stall serve you with butter rice! It’s remind me to my 1st semester when I study @ Nilai University College where our lecturer teach us how to make our own butter rice XD
The meat was fine. The chicken also quite nice, the meat is tender and the skin really really crispy! The soup a little bit sweet and it’s made from chicken stock where they boiled the chicken bones.
The damaged for the lunch is total RM30.00. It’s for two person which is we ask the chicken for 4 people eat ^^ and add small bowl of butter rice each.
Overall I will vote: 8/10 for the service. The owner really friendly and it’s really pack during lunch time. 8/10 for the food quality and quantity of the food excellent. Huge and price reasonable. 7/10 for the environment. Just ordinary stall.
MAP: The shop is further down from Soo Kee and is next to an optician.
