Before I you guys read the whole story, let me tell you something. Currently WaazUp is having sales and up to 50% discount on selected items!
For those who do not know, WazzUp is the first Optical Store in Malaysia who bring in Paul Frank series. The question is, what is the differences between WazzUp and other spec outlet? WazzUp adopt the open concept for the store setting taking consideration of the shy teenagers nowadays. They could easy take out and try the spectacles without passing through the WazzUp crew.
Miss Kim, CEO of Focus Point and the outlet manager. Wazzup is a place where the new generations can call their own, allowing them to fulfill their optical needs in a trendy and welcoming environment.
As usual with 3 ladies. The main things that I would like to highlight is the spec. I believe that I never wear any sunglasses before and I think that it is quite cool ^^
Errrr…. Cool or?
They have a lot of choices of spec. For those who interested to get any sunglasses, I would like to suggest a Ray Ban brand. It is really cool.
Mustang in the house yo! Performance by beat boxer and Mustang crew. One of the best hip hop dance in KL. I still remember that they came to my University last year during our charity event.
Thanks to Henry and WazzUp for the invitation. The event end with some lunch at Avanti Italian Restaurant.
I would say Indonesia as my third home after Malaysia and Singapore just because every month I will be travel down to Jakarta and there have so many things that can make me fall in love with. When people talk about Bandung, is all about shopping. However, it’s more than just a shopping. There are so many interesting places that you shouldn’t miss when you going to Bandung.
One thing I love about my job is, I have the opportunity to travel around not only to taking photo and video but to experience it. Something that money can’t buy. During my travel magazine assignment in Bandung, Indonesia, I went to Tangkuban Perahu. Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to go Kawah Putih. Kawah Putih is basically where you can go down to the safe area of the volcano. Since I’m driving down from Jakarta and reached quite late, I have to skip Kawah Putih. If you are driving from Jakarta, you will pass by Bandung Tea Plantation.
Check out my Instagram, I will post up more photos over there. I have almost a thousand photos of Tangkuban Perahu.
Basically, most of the activity you can do over there is just walking around, enjoy the environment and taking a photograph. You can’t simply walking down to the volcano area since it was not allowed. If you want to get different kind of shot, sometime you have to break the rules. Rules are made by human and sometimes it means to be broken. Just climb around but make sure, safety first.
Tangkuban Perahu is a dormant volcano 30 km north of the city of Bandung, the provincial capital of West Java, Indonesia. It last erupted in 1826, 1829, 1842, 1846, 1896, 1910, 1926, 1929, 1952, 1957, 1961, 1965, 1967, 1969, 1983. It is a popular tourist attraction where tourists can hike or ride to the edge of the crater to view the hot water springs and boiling mud up close, and buy eggs cooked on the hot surface. This stratovolcano is on the island of Java and last erupted in 1983. Together with Mount Burangrang and Bukit Tunggul, those are remnants of the ancient Mount Sunda after the plinian eruption caused the Caldera to collapse. – source
There has plenty stuff you can purchase as souvenirs. Please negotiate and make sure you walking around to do a survey. You can ask for the discount more than half of the original price. I even bought the fridge magnet for only IDR10, 000 (USD0.80/RM2.80) instead of IDR 50,000 (USD4/RM14).
Having a cup of hot noodle or hot tea on the top of the mountain is the best way to enjoy your meals.
Since local food and myself, it’s hard to separate, I manage to try their “siew mai”. Take note that their “siew mai” is halal since they are using fish based instead of pork.
As a photographer, I always put “getting the best shot” as a priority instead of my safety. Climbing the rooftop is one of the best ways to get shot of the entire place.

Overall I will vote: 6/10 for the slow service. The service was slow because a lot of people but that’s not the excuse. 8/10 for the food quality and quantity of the food excellent. The price was reasonable. 7/10 for the environment. Just ordinary cafe.
