Jaya Noodle House used to be located in Jaya Supermarket in Section 14, once upon a time. It has now shifted to Jaya One, and is easier to access. Jaya noodle house moved to Jaya One from its’ old location in Jaya Supermarket in SS14.
Hainanese Chicken Rice @ RM7.80. Hainanese chicken rice is one of my favorite food back in my college life. This chicken meat is tender and juicy. A little bit soy sauce topped on the chicken make it into a perfection.
This restaurant has been operating in Jaya Supermarket building for quite a long time. Now, Jaya Noodle House have to move to a new place, Jaya One, the new building which just distanced few KM from the previous location. Although the new store has the new look and new concept, and even the new image of promotion, yet the only remain unchanged is their noodle, and the snacks.
In Jaya Noodle House, you can have more than 20 types of noodles. The most popular item would be the Barbecue Pork Noodle. The texture of the pork is soft and tender, the seasoning meet the balancing point, and the special egg noodle, which gives the best enjoyment. Other than that, their Curry Noodle Combo Special, Noodle with Roasted Pork is also their hottest items.
Other than that, the Jaya Noodle House’s porridge is one of the choices. The porridge served the thick Cantonese style porridge, with a wide range of shredded chicken, Century egg, pork and other choices. Besides, the Dumplings, Fried Wonton, Pork Balls and their Braised Chicken Feet are also the signature dishes from the experienced chefs. Jaya Noodle House, the one of the famous restaurant, started from couple years ago, have maintain its traditional flavour, that might be the familiar flavour for the regular customers, especially the older generations, it remind of them the taste that they first have in that era.
Overall I will vote:
5/10 for the service. Efficient but the uncle who take our order like want eat me leh…
7/10 for the food quality and quantity of the just ordinary. Consider worth if wanna compare with other restaurant from the taste.
6/10 for the environment. Just ordinary Chinese stall.

Advantages to Using a Treadmill
– The treadmill is a relatively easy piece of exercise equipment to use.
– The treadmill has a predictable surface that is much easier to negotiate than sidewalks, curbs or trails and the risk of tripping is reduced.
– All aspects of the workout can be controlled by the user: speed, incline, warm up period, cool down period, and energy spend.
– Generally, users can design custom programs to fit the time they have to exercise.
– Multiple users can use the same equipment without adjusting the structure.
– Some treadmills have special features such as step counters and heart rate monitors so fitness progress can be tracked.
– Running on a treadmill generally burns calories faster than most other forms of in-home exercise, such as biking.
They’re particularly good for stretching and aiding in the performance of dynamic moves. They can also be used for basic abdominal exercises, low-impact aerobic exercise and strength training workouts.
