One of the major problems that are faced by Taylor’s University Lakeside campus students is parking lot. They not only have limited parking lots but the distance between Taylor’s building and the parking lot is rather far. As students start their lecturer at different time, hence those come late to the University will face problem in finding parking lot. Even they have found a parking lot; they still have to walk from the parking bay which is quite a distance from the campus building.
Apart from that, students have to pay RM 3 to park at certain areas. After 10am, if the staff parking has empty slots, students can park their car at the staff parking lot as long they have parking sticker on the car. They can apply the parking sticker at student life centre. Since Taylors does not have sufficient parking lots, some students would park their car at the roadside. Most of the time, student’s car would get clamped.
My suggestion is.. I suggest you guys park your car inside the Taylor’s University. Since a lot of students car get scratches. Including mine even though I stay there =(
It is quite long time since I didn’t update my blog with the food, so I has decide to update my blog today when I feel like will stay inside my room with my Human Resource notes and also my computer. I do my own revision as preparation for tomorrow battle (final exam). So, I decide to view some of my previous picture. I saw Fisherman Spaghetti that I cook quite long time ago. If not mistaken, 1 week after I cook Ratatouille.
The spaghetti I call it as Fisherman Spaghetti because I mix a lot off seafood. I put extra tomato paste to make the sauce thick.
Ingredients (1 pax):
1/2 packet of spaghetti
2 Nos of Garlic
1 nos of chop onion
Red wine or sparkling grape juice
1/2 can of tomato paste
1: Boil spaghetti according the instruction on the spaghetti pack.
2: Chop the onions – not too finely.
3: Press the garlic.
4: Pour olive oil into a large saucepan, add the onions and garlic.
5: Fry them in the olive oil until they change colour (gold).
6: Put mussel.
7: After 3 minute, put shrimp and squid.
8: Stir for 1 minute and pour red wine or sparkling grape juice.
9: Put the spaghetti.
10: Stir for 2 minute and put tomato paste.
11: Add pinch of salt and pepper than stir for 5 minute.
12: Ready for serve.
